Prior to joining Bragoli & Associates, P.C., as an Associate, Jennifer M. Vilca joined the firm as a legal intern in 2019. Ms. Vilca received her Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020 and was hired full-time as an Associate thereafter to advocate for clients that have suffered due to automobile accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, construction accidents and general negligence claims.
During her tenure in law school, Ms. Vilca served as an Articles Editor for the Family Court Review and as Vice President of the Latin American Law Student Association (L.A.L.S.A). Prior to attending law school, she attended Hofstra University on the Presidential Scholars Merit Award and graduated from the university’s Honors College in December 2017 Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a Concentration in American Literature. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Ms. Vilca held two judicial internships and took part in the Legal Education Accelerated Program, Study Abroad Program, and Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society. She was an active member of the community, joining the Alpha Theta Beta sorority and contributing to philanthropic activities including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual Light The Night event and the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
Ms. Vilca’s commitment to the profession is unyielding and she prides herself on her ability to communicate with and zealously advocate for clients in both English and Spanish. Ms. Vilca is currently pending admission to the New York State Bar.
