Rania Cairo: Administrator/Paralegal/Office Coordinator

Rania has worked in the legal industry for more than 10 years. She began working for Bragoli & Associates, P.C. as a paralegal. Her dedication to client service and expertise in Plaintiff's personal injury resulted in her promotion to Office Manager in 2005. She is currently responsible for overseeing and managing the paralegals and support staff within the firm. She also maintains her own case load and is responsible for cases from inception to trial. Rania is fluent in Greek and obtained her Associates degree from LaGuardia Community College in 1996. Rania has has been with the firm since 2003.

Cristina DaSilva: Senior Paralegal

Cristina has more than six years experience in the field of personal injury and obtained her paralegal certificate and Associate''s degree from Nassau Community College. She is responsible for drafting various litigation documents, including settlement packages, summons and complaints and bills of particulars. Cristina is fluent in portuguese. Cristina has been with the firm since 2006.

Robert S. Barchuk: Paralegal  

Robert is responsible for working the firm's cases towards negotiation status. He has extensive contact with clients, tending to the client''s needs and concerns. He handles no-fault claims, bodily injury claims, property damage claims and resolves lost wage issues. Robert also handles cases from inception to trial. Robert has completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami with a major in psychology. In early 2002, Robert received his paralegal certificate from Hofstra University. Robert has has been with the firm since 2003.

Alexandra Lombardi: Paralegal

Alexandra has over four years experience as a paralegal in our law firm. Alex has extensive medical knowledge which has made her an asset to our firm. She handles cases from inception to trial and is known for her vibrant personality when dealing withh client concerns.

Aileen Layer- Paralegal

Aileen is a paralegal in our law firm who also handles cases from inception to trial. Aileen graduated from C.W. Post University in May, 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Aileen is currently completing her Masters degree at C.W. Post University.

Maria Clavijo-Paralegal

Maria is fluent in Spanish and is responsible for cases from inception to trial. She received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stonybrook University and her masters degree in political science from Long Island University at CW Post. Additionally, she received her paralegal certificate from Long Island University at CW Post. Since Maria has joined our firm she has contributed to the growth of our spanish clientele and has maintained an excellent rapport with her clients. We look forward to Maria's continued growth as a paralegal.

Jessica Morales: Paralegal

Jessica has worked as a personal injury paralegal for over 10 years. She has extensive experience drafting various legal documents and handles cases from inception to trial. She obtained an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College in 2002 and an Associates degree in Legal Studies from St. John's University in 2004. Vito Carnazza: Investigator

Vito is a New York State licensed and bonded private investigator with fourteen years experience. As an investigator with Bragoli & Associates, PC, he has proven to be a vital asset, investigating all aspects of personal injury matters. His experience and vast knowledge of accident investigation has proven to be successful for Bragoli & Associates. His duties include daily interaction with our clients, to ensure their needs and goals are met in this trying time of injury.
