Christopher C. Bragoli, Esq., founder of Bragoli & Associates, P.C., is a leader in the legal community who has gained a reputation as a caring attorney, who fights hard in court, and at the negotiating table, to recover every dollar you deserve.
Mr. Bragoli’s career as a successful attorney began in 1997, when he graduated from Touro Law School with honors, receiving a Cum Laude degree. Mr. Bragoli's academic excellence was recognized in the Touro Community and he was selected for Law Review and received outstanding achievement awards in “Oral Advocacy”, “Legal Writing” and “Student Government.” He was selected to participate in a Clerkship/Intern Program for US Federal District, Judge Denis R. Hurley, working from the bench, assisting the Judge with Negligence and Racketeering Trials. Early in his career, Mr. Bragoli worked for an insurance defense litigation firm, where he developed the skills necessary for both the defense and prosecution of personal injury cases.
In 1998, Mr. Bragoli was admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bars simultaneously. After four years in the insurance defense field, he started the law firm Bragoli and Associates, P.C. in 1999, specializing solely in Plaintiff’s personal injury.
Mr. Bragoli is currently an active member of American Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Suffolk Bar Association. His education continues yearly through Continuing Legal Education, seminars and lectures, with specific emphasis in Personal Injury Litigation and the latest legal, medical, trial, and technology procedures and techniques.
Mr. Bragoli’s compassion and dedication to his employees and clients has allowed him to successfully litigate and settle thousands of cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for injured Plaintiffs. Several of his most recent cases have been published in the widely renowned “New York Jury Verdict Reporter" and the "New York Law Journal."
Adrienne E. Hayes joined Bragoli & Associates, P.C. in 1999 and is currently the Managing Attorney of the firm. In addition to her management role with the firm, Mrs. Hayes is responsible for the majority of settlement negotiations, as well as alternate dispute resolutions, conducted in the firm's automobile and premises cases. She has been published in the Jury Verdict Reporter for her integral role in the successful mediation of Devault v. Higgins, et.al., a case which was settled for $1.3 million.
With more than ten years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience, Mrs. Hayes works closely with each paralegal and oversees each case from inception to resolution or trial.
Mrs. Hayes received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, where she was published in the Environmental Law Digest. She completed her Bachelors Degree in only three years from Stony Brook University, where she repeatedly made the Dean's List. Mrs. Hayes was extensively involved in University activities and was the recipient of the Outstanding Leadership and Service Award.
Mrs. Hayes is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Gina M. Simonelli, joined the firm in 2003 and is the Senior Associate. Ms. Simonelli is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Manhattan College, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Simonelli attended Widener Law School, where she was awarded "The Most Promising Civil Litigator" in her graduating class. She was also recognized for Excellence in Litigation by the Center for Forensic Economic Studies.
Currently, Ms. Simonelli manages and maintains a large caseload, where she works on cases from inception to trial. Since her admittance, Ms. Simonelli has already negotiated and settled millions of dollars in cases, which continues to grow. Besides maintaining her caseload, she is actively involved in various community groups including the Queens Chamber of Commerce, The Huntington Referral Network and The Young Insurance Professionals. As a member of these community groups, Ms. Simonelli often speaks and educates individuals about the development of Personal Injury law.
During her time at Bragoli & Associates, Ms. Simonelli has become known for her compassion and has always maintained an open door policy when dealing with clients. Her compassion has enabled her to aid in the growth of the firm’s client base and afforded clients a sense of comfort and confidence.

Mr. Militello has been with the firm since 2007 and is currently an associate attorney. He received his Juris Doctrine from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center with honors, receiving a summa cum laude degree. While at Touro Law Center, Mr. Militello received multiple CALI awards for Excellence For the Future Awards in Property I, Interviewing, Negotiating and Counseling and the Trust & Estate Practice Module. In addition, Mr. Militello was also named a Faculty Fellow and a member of the Dean’s List for each of the semesters he attended law school.
Mr. Militello has been admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Mr. Militello spent his undergraduate studies at Dowling College where he gained his Bachelors of Business Administration and a minor in Legal Studies with honors. Along with juggling his academic obligations, Mr. Militello was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and named to the New York Collegiate Athletic Association All Academic Team. Mr. Militello is a member of the Lacrosse For Autism Foundation, which raises autism awareness through lacrosse events around the tri-state area.
